Anna Maria Diamanti is the Director of the Family and Matrimonial Practice at Her Justice. Her Justice supports women living in poverty in New York City by recruiting and mentoring volunteer lawyers to provide free expert advice, counsel and representation and address individual and systemic legal barriers. Previously, Anna Maria led the Family Law and Domestic Violence Unit at Brooklyn Legal Services, serving as its Director for over a decade. She has also worked at Safe Horizon’s Domestic Violence Law Project, and the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati. Anna Maria received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000 and a B.A. in History from Boston College in 1997.
